Please use the below guidelines to get an understanding of our shipping and delivery terms. We currently ship to the following countries:

• Italy (2-3 business days)

• EU + the UK  (2-3 or 4-5 business days)

• USA & Canada (2-5 business days)

• Japan, South Korea, Singapore & Hong Kong (2-5 business days)

• Australia & New Zealand (2-5 business days)

• UAE (2-5 business days, express shipping only)

Most of our shipments are handled by BRT and DHL depending on the country of destination. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Veneto (IT) with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that prices do not include VAT for orders outside the EU and as such your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The consignee is the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If an item is not claimed and is returned to us, we will contact you again for shipping, however the recipient may be charged a new shipping fee depending on the circumstances.

1. Delivery time

Each product page displays ships within information. This is the estimated time (actual time may vary) from the order to the shipment of our product in Italy. The time from dispatch to delivery to the specified destination depends on both the distance from the warehouse and local regulations to the final destination. From dispatch to delivery it is usually not longer than a week. For urgent deliveries, please contact our customer team at hello@memoriesoftoday.it .

If you have placed an order for products with different shipping times, the full order will be suspended until the entire order is available for shipment.

Please hold on that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer due to the high volume.

2. Order status

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code, where you will be able to track your order. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to work.
